Narcotic Enforcement Unit Arrests:

Tuesday, April 12, 2017 

(Washington, DC)  – The Metropolitan Police Department’s Narcotic Enforcement Unit, announces recent arrests that have been made in cases in the District of Columbia. 

Fifth District:

  • On Wednesday, April 12, 2017, members conducted an operation in the 1600 block of North Capitol, Northeast.  CCN: 17-059-988.  The following people were arrested:
    • 44-year-old Kevin Banks, of Southeast, DC, for Distribution of a Controlled Substance
    • 58-year-old Jason Procter, of Hyattsville, MD, for Distribution of a Controlled Substance
