Arrests Made in Multiple Robbery Offenses

(Washington, DC) – Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department announced several arrests in recent robbery cases in Washington, DC.

Fifth District: 

  • On Saturday, April 8, 2017, 38-year-old Simon Allen and 37-year old Robert Corbin, both of Northwest, DC, were arrested for a Robbery while Armed (Gun) offense that occurred in the 100 block of Florida Avenue, Northwest.  CCN: 17-057-594
    • On Saturday, April 8, 2017, at approximately 9:16 pm, a suspect approached the victims, brandished a handgun, and demanded the victims’ property.  The victims complied and the suspect fled the scene. The suspects were apprehended by responding officers. A firearm was recovered.
