Narcotic Enforcement Unit Arrests:

Thursday, April 20, 2017 

(Washington, DC)  – The Metropolitan Police Department’s Narcotic Enforcement Unit, announces recent arrests that have been made in cases in the District of Columbia.

Fifth District: 

  • On Thursday, April 20, 2017, members conducted an operation in the 1300 block of North Capitol Street, Northeast.  CCN: 17-065-132.  The following people were arrested:
    • 39-year-old Melvin Simpson, of No Fixed Address, for Distribution of Crack Cocaine.
    • 56-year-old Robert Wheeler, of Northwest, DC, for Distribution of Crack Cocaine.
