| 6 | Resolution of Ambo LLC (Market at 3rd and P NW) Liquor License Protest
The Settlement Agreement between ANC5E and Ambo, LLC was approved by the ANC last Tuesday and filed with ABRA. This lifts the protest previously filed by ANC5E and clears the way for the store to be granted a Class B liquor license to sell beer and wine. |
