Arrests Made in Multiple Robbery Offenses

(Washington, DC) – Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department announced several arrests in recent robbery cases in Washington, DC.

Fifth District:

• On Wednesday, October 22, 2017, 42 year-old Dwonne Washington, of Silver Spring, MD, was arrested pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant for an Armed Robbery (Gun) offense that occurred on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, in the 300 block of P Street, Northwest. CCN: 17-197-905
o At approximately 1:46 pm, two suspects, armed with handguns, assaulted the victim. The suspects fled with the victim’s property. This case remains under investigation.

  1. How far was this crime from the store? It makes not mention of the store, but was it the store? (I missed the story.)
