Alex Cooper Auction will be auctioning off a set of DHCD properties around the District in January 2018.
Here is the link to the list of DHCD properties to be auctioned off.
There are two Bloomingdale properties on the auction list, but none in Truxton Circle.
I checked to see if DHCD’s site at Florida and Q Street NW might be on the list, but it is not. Not surprising.
DHCD may continue to use the RFP process and not an auction process for its #FlaQNW site.
So stay tuned.
