Joe needs to poop out a building or get off the can. He is not Dougie Jemal. Jemal holds on to crap for too long but he eventually builds a dang building.
I just emailed Commissioner Thomas – I hope we voted against Joe Mamo who is clearly using the PUD to lower his tax burden and has no interest in doing anything with this lot.
