Good Evening, 

Earlier today Fifth District officers were flagged down in reference to a robbery snatch in the 1400 block of North Capitol St NW. Officers made contact with the complainant and were able to detain the suspect on scene.  Further investigation revealed that the suspect had been arguing with the complainant over money and that the suspect then snatched the money from the victim’s hand. The suspect was placed under arrest on scene. Excellent work team!
