Look at the maps. You would see that the “Center City Action Agenda” includes North Capitol Street up to Florida Avenue (and parts of NoMa.)
So does this mean that this stretch of North Capitol will benefit from some streetscape improvements?
Note that there a Monumental Core Streetscape Project information presentation at the next NCPC meeting on Thursday, 09-06-2018.
