On 9/11/2018, at approximately 3:59 PM, Fifth District Officers responded to the 1500 block of North Capitol Street, NE, for the report of an assault. When they arrived, they located an adult male who was suffering from a laceration to his face. The complainant stated that he was assaulted by an unknown female, who struck him with a tree branch and a portion of a glass bottle. The complainant was transported to the hospital for treatment of his injuries.
The look-out is for a black female, 30-40 years of age, thin build, medium complexion, braided hair, wearing a black and white striped shirt with black pants. She was last seen leaving the scene, on foot, in the unit block of P Street, NE.
