No, the two don’t appear to be related. In regards to the stabbing in the 1500 block of North Capitol St NE, the victim reports that he was inside of a carry out when he became involved in a verbal dispute with the suspect because the suspect said the victim was not from the area. The suspect then produced a knife and stabbed the victim in the left leg and fled the location. Thank you…
