(Washington, DC) – The Metropolitan Police Department’s Narcotic Enforcement Unit announces recent arrests that have been made in cases in the District of Columbia. 

Fifth District: 

On Saturday, November 17, 2018, members conducted an operation in the 1300 block of North Capitol Street, Northwest. CCN: 18-195-596. The following people were arrested:

  • 24 year-old Quante Wiggins, of Northwest, DC, for Distribution and Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine.
  • 42 year-old Goel Mendez, of no fixed address, for Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine.
