4.WALLS is looking for a new studio-mate!
Our wonderful friend and studio-mate Jen is leaving DC, to pursue some exciting new ventures. Wishing her all the best is her next steps, we wanted to reach out to you- friends and colleagues- to share the news that we are looking for a new studio-mate!
As you know, the 4.WALLS art space is located in the historic 52 O St Artist Studios. It is a great space for an artist, writer or other creatives alike. Below you’ll find some basic info and specs.
• Size of overall space: 750 square feet
• Height of space: 13 ft
• Wood floors
• Exposed ceiling and steel beams
• Private bathroom + wash sink
• Central heating
• Ceiling fan
• Large sliding panels and wall space for pinups, projections and exhibitions
• Wood shop and tools
• Large communal work table
• Shelving and storage cubbies
• Lounge space and seating
• desk and chairs
• Coffee/expresso machine + tea kettle + small oven + small fridge
