A message from the DC Preservation League mentions the DC FY202 budget including $250,000 allocation to repair/replace the roof at the landmarked Langton School.

Just this week, DCPL’s most critical advocacy efforts to preserve and protect two of our city’s Most Endangered Places came to fruition when the DC Council passed its FY20 Budget and announced the following:

·        $250,000 is allocated to repair/replace the roof on the historic John Mercer Langston Elementary School;
