(Washington, DC) – The Metropolitan Police Department’s Narcotic Enforcement Unit announces recent arrests that have been made in cases in the District of Columbia.
Third District:
- On Monday, August 19, 2019, members conducted an operation in the 200 block of Florida Avenue, Northwest. CCN: 19-146-891. The following people were arrested:
o 55 year-old Terrence Butler, of no fixed address, for Possession of Synthetic Cannabinoid and a Bench Warrant
o 51 year-old Leon Bailey, of Northeast, DC, for Distribution of Synthetic Cannabinoids
- On Monday, August 19, 2019, members conducted an operation in the 1300 block of North Capitol Street, Northwest. CCN: 19-146-948. The following person was arrested:
o 57 year-old David Leggett, of Northeast, DC, for Simple Assault.
