(Washington, DC) – The Metropolitan Police Department’s Narcotic Enforcement Unit announces recent arrests that have been made in cases in the District of Columbia.
Third District:
- On Tuesday, October 22, 2019, members conducted an operation in the unit block of O Street, Northwest. CCN: 19-189-039. The following people were arrested:
o 31 year-old William Cooper, of Northwest, DC, for UCSA Distribution of Crack Cocaine and UCSA Possession of Crack Cocaine.
o 39 year-old Sabrina Hakia, of Northwest, DC, for UCSA Distribution of Crack Cocaine.
