Florida Panhandle: Does the Layout at Florida Avenue and North Capitol Street Cause Crime?

  1. I think it does, but moving the bus stop would cause problems for the law-abiding citizens of the area who are gainfully employed. Closing the liquor would also be depriving the owners of their business. I live on Bates St and I visit this store often. If all the liquor stores (1st Street, Fla and N Cap and NY Ave) change their merchandise, meaning not selling single beers or small bottles of alcohol, and sell upscale merchandise, they would lose the transients who buy most often, but would gain more local customers.
