Bates Area Civic Association Spring Mulch and Neighborhood Clean Up.
DPW will make mulch available at the corner of P and First ST NW for all neighbors that plan to beautify tree boxes, front and back yards. Trash bags and other clean up tools will be available. Your city trash can or recycling cans have wheels and make transport of mulch easier.
Volunteers needed to assist with a clean up at the Florida Avenue Park.
