Man killed and seven others wounded in Shaw shooting
Seven additional people — six men and one woman — had non-life threatening injuries.
The shooting occurred around 1 a.m. in the 100 block of Q St., in Northwest, police said.
Officers responded to reports of gunshots in a residential area near a parking lot and found an unconscious man who had been been shot multiple times. After further investigation, police learned seven others were injured.
