Recall this agenda item from the 10-03-2016 Bates meeting?
The raze permit is now posted.
Might someone have the renderings for the new construction building to replace this existing building?

Subject: [HistoricWashington] Raze Permit Applications Filed at DCRA – May 30 – June 9, 2017
Greetings: This report is also posted on our website at http://tinyurl.com/h9nn5nf . See Raze Permit Report – June 12, 2017.
_______
The following raze applications were filed at the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) between May 30 – June 9, 2017:
ANC Address
5E 319 R Street NW (end unit two story brick rowhouse)
And see this tweet:
Someone wants to raze a different corner house, in #TruxtonCircle– big, Wardman, but not as cute. pic.twitter.com/IgaPAX5zIO

And another tweet:
So, if a building on a non conforming lot, that is over 60% lot occupancy, is razed, does owner have to go to BZA for multiple variances?
— Bloomingdame (@bloomingdame) June 16, 2017
Hmm. I thought they had sought two or three variances to pop up, not a raze permit. But maybe I missed a meeting? They had prior said they would send drawings for posting on this site, but they never sent them to BACA. at the last meeting, the developer/financier spoke and said his number was on the door for any neighbor questions. I didn’t see that posted a couple days ago. Am I missing something, or are they pulling a fast one on BACA? Would think they’d have to seek BACA support for a variance or raze, no?
