Saturday, September 9, 2017 

(Washington, DC)  – The Metropolitan Police Department’s Narcotic Enforcement Unit announces recent arrests that have been made in cases in the District of Columbia. 

Fifth District:

On Saturday, September 9, 2017, members conducted an operation in the 1300 block of North Capitol Street, Northwest.  CCN: 17-156-475.  The following people were arrested:

  • 56-year-old Ricky Cloutterbuck, of Northwest, DC, for Distribution of Crack Cocaine.
  • 46-year-old Calvin Gaither, of Northwest, DC, for Possession With Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine and Distribution of Crack Cocaine.
