 (Washington, DC)  – The Metropolitan Police Department’s Narcotic Enforcement Unit announces recent arrests that have been made in cases in the District of Columbia. 

Fifth District: 

On Thursday, April 12, 2018 members conducted an operation in the 1500 block of North Capitol Street, Northwest.  CCN: 18-058-433.  The following person was arrested:

  • 57 year-old Marcella Bowden, of Northeast, D.C., for Distribution of Crack Cocaine
