See his 06-01-2019 tweet, which refers to the Wardman Flats Historic Landmark, bounded by the 300 block of R Street NW, the 1700 block of 4th Street NW, the 300 block of Florida Avenue NW and the 1700 block of 3rd Street NW.

Not sure why this notification in the DC Register took so long.
