1324-1326 North Capitol Street NW is planned to be developed mostly into a Sonder “hotel.”

Note that Sonder has two existing facilities in DC: “the Lamont” at 3225 Georgia Ave NW in Park View and “the Callisto” at 816 Potomac Ave SE in Southwest DC.
Truxton Circle will be Sonder’s third DC location.

Hey I’m confused – is this on the NW or NE side? NE side has those houses but the NE side is the parking lot. And even if they build on NE side, how will they deal with the loitering coming from the Liquor store?
